Please select ONE ENTREE:
- served with classic Bordelaise Sauce, sautéed wild mushrooms, new potatoes, butter glazed asparagus and baby carrots.
- grilled herb and garlic chicken breast, served with Yukon gold and wild mushroom potato hash and seasonal vegetables.
- served with thyme infused medley of fingerling potatoes and fresh edamame and carrot coulis.
*The price for each ENTREE will be 60 dollars, service fee and 5% GST is included in the total price.
All entrees will be served with - house baked rolls and creamy butter, a spring mix salad with red wine vinaigrette, and dessert of a trio of mini cupcakes, Starbucks coffees (regular and decaffeinated) and herbal teas. All entrees and sides are gluten free - with an exception to the mini cupcakes, they are not gluten free. There will be a cash bar available. There will be a silent auction.
All meals need to be ordered and paid for by Saturday, July 27th. Please email Banquet Coordinator with your ENTREE choice and your name and phone number. You will then be notified about payment options and a confirmation will be sent to you. We will try our best to accommodate any special requests - if you require additional information or a vegetarian meal selection please inquire. Please note, that once meals are ordered and paid for there will be NO refunds or substitutions accepted.
